Vallabhacharya named him as Gopala and the place of his worship as ‘Gopalpur’. Later, Vitthal Nathji named the deity as Shrinathji.
- The story of ShreeNathji is the amazing history of his worship, travels, ras , lilas and the elixir of devotion. ShreeNathji’s full name is Shri Govardhan Nathji.
- Shreenathji is everything yet distinct. ShreeNathji is the desire, the festival of hearts. His presence charges the world with a sacredness and holy enlightenment.
- The “lila” of ShreeNathji is a subtle mixture of the spiritual and material worlds, it is the joyful unspoken approach. ShreeNathji empowers souls with grace and this enables them to withstand the force of his love.
- Shrinathji is a Hindu deity and a form of Lord Sri Krishna, manifest as a 7 year-old Balak or child.
